Return/Replacement Policy ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
30 day return policy on all item . Electrical parts are not returnable. Items must be returned in original packaging and must be undamaged and in undamaged packaging, not installed and in new resalable condition. If there is an Issue with the part on Get Mopar Parts Online's Behalf we will send a Return Label to the customer and we will be responsible for the shipping cost. If there is a issue with a part on the customers behalf the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to get the item back for a refund or replacement. Once the item is received to our dealership the item will be reviewed upon receiving to determine condition, A refund will be issued for the full price of the part. A full refund of the shipping cost will be determined based on the reason for return. We also do case by case parts exchanges within 30days if you contact us if there is something wrong with the order and you need a replacement.
- Contact us to arrange for any returns.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.

All Parts Sold from Get Mopar Parts Online Have a 24months/ 2 Year Manufacturer's warranty Mopar Parts and Magneti Marelli Offered by Mopar parts sold over-the-counter for vehicle owner or do-it-yourself installation are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 24 months/unlimited miles for parts exchange only. Since we are a fully functioning Mopar Dealership with Genuine Mopar Parts, All of our parts are covered. If there is a Issue with the parts you have received within a 24months of Purchase Please Provide Your Date & proof of purchase Part number and Contact US and we would be more than happy to Assist you with any Issues.
